Custom Fabrication at Dirty Unicorn Customs
At the heart of a Dirty Unicorn Customs build is our signature rebellious spirit, and the desire to stand out from the crowds in today’s mundane world. That’s why we’re not shy about the scale of our customisation options and our impressive range of in-house skills. If you’ve followed us for a while on social media, you’ll likely know one of our proudest abilities is custom fabrication, which is an excellent way to add even more flair to your build.

In true DU fashion, custom fabrication means exactly that. We’ll invent, design, produce and perfect just about any solution required, be that for custom pick-up trucks, custom Harley Davidsons, custom vans, custom cars and just about anything with an engine or wheels.
Whilst we’re clearly partial to the Western aesthetic, we’re no cowboys in the fabrication department. Our highly skilled team operate from within our brand-new custom fabrication facility; a recent improvement to the Dirty Unicorn Customs HQ, a space that is constantly expanding and developing. Using the full arsenal of fabrication methods including jigging, mig welding & tig welding, we transform quality materials from their humble state into some truly impressive fabrication solutions.
Examples of some of our previous work include anything from light bar brackets to custom bumpers, covering a range of 4x4s, trucks, cars and bikes. As the Ford Ranger/VW Amarok platform is the main candidate for our custom truck builds, it should come as no surprise this is where a great deal of our fabrication work serves its purpose. We regularly produce the likes of spotlight brackets, custom exhausts, mounting solutions, roof tent supports, custom bumpers, custom nudge bars and underbody protection.
Without blowing our own trumpet too much (we’re partial to doing so), the beauty of our custom fabrication services is the sheer range of what’s on offer. Some of our customers require the smallest, most intricate solutions for something as simple as a shovel mount for a roof rack, while others have their eyes set on something a little larger. For one of our recent custom DU150 builds, for example, we produced a custom exhaust system not only featuring custom pipework and tips but also remote-controlled exhaust valves to adjust the volume & tone as the customer sees fit.
We’re ecstatic to be able to offer our ever-growing custom fabrication services for 2025, so be sure to get in touch to discuss how we can help bring your vision to life. Remember, the sky’s the limit here at Dirty Unicorn Customs, so don’t be shy!
